I liked how the instructors used a lot of examples from different countries and cultures to illustrate the concepts. The course materials were also really helpful, especially the videos and podcasts. One thing that I found really useful was the section on trauma-informed care in schools and communities. I work with at-risk youth in Brazil, and I was able to apply some of the strategies learned in the course to my work. The only reason I didn't give it a 5.0 is that some of the assignments were a bit too long and tedious. Overall, though, I'm really glad I took the course, and I would recommend it to anyone working in the social services or healthcare sector.
