I took the Certificate in Psychology of Coaching (Advanced) at Stanmore School of Business, and it was a great experience. The course materials were well-structured and easy to follow, and the discussions with my peers were really insightful. I liked how the course focused on the practical application of coaching principles, such as how to build rapport with clients and how to use positive psychology techniques. One thing that I found particularly useful was the section on cultural diversity and coaching, which helped me become more aware of my own biases and how to work with clients from different backgrounds. Overall, I'm satisfied with the course, but I think it could be improved with more interactive elements, such as live sessions or group projects.

I enrolled in the Certificate in Psychology of Coaching (Advanced) at Stanmore School of Business with the goal of improving my coaching skills, particularly in the area of team coaching. The course provided a detailed examination of the psychological principles underlying effective coaching, including the use of psychological assessments and the development of coaching models. I found the course materials to be of high quality, with relevant case studies and examples that illustrated key concepts. The discussion forums were also a great way to learn from my peers and get feedback on my assignments. One area for improvement could be the inclusion of more African-specific examples and case studies, as the course content was somewhat biased towards Western contexts. Nevertheless, I appreciate the knowledge and skills I gained, and I'm looking forward to applying them in my work as a team coach.
