The modules on systemic bias and intersectionality directly aligned with my goal to develop inclusive policies at my nonprofit. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o curso avançado de educação antirracista. Eu queria melhorar minhas habilidades de facilitação de workshops e o módulo sobre estratégias de comunicação intercultural me ajudou muito. Recebi um modelo de plano de aula que já usei em duas sessões na minha ONG aqui no Rio. O conteúdo foi bem organizado, com textos em português e inglês, e os quizzes ajudaram a fixar o aprendizado. Ainda sinto que poderia ter mais exemplos da América Latina, mas, no geral, a experiência foi muito boa e me deixou confiante para aplicar o que aprendi.

Das Kapitel über „Rassismus im Unternehmenskontext“ zeigte mir, wie ich ein Diversity‑Audit aufbauen kann – ein Tool, das ich bereits im Pilotprojekt bei meinem Arbeitgeber eingesetzt habe. Die Materialien sind topaktuell, die Literaturhinweise sehr umfangreich und die Live‑Sessions mit Dozenten aus verschiedenen Kontinenten haben das Lernen lebendig gemacht. Ich kann den Kurs nur weiterempfehlen.
